About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage tendering and business development activities. The role involves identifying opportunities, preparing bids, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tender opportunities and prepare technical/commercial bids.
- Manage end-to-end e-tendering, e-bidding, reverse auctions, and live bidding.
- Prepare and submit tender documents as per NIT requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for required documents, approvals, EMD,



and tender fees.
- Track bid status, maintain tender records, MIS, and comparison sheets.
- Handle vendor registrations on government and private portals.
- Attend pre-bid/post-bid meetings and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely submission of bids.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Skills

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, especially MIS and data handling.
- Strong communication, drafting, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Interest in tendering, bidding, and business development processes.
