Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process, including tender identification, documentation, bid preparation, submission, and follow-up. The candidate should have good knowledge of government/PSU tenders and be proficient in documentation and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders from government and PSU portals.
- Handle the end-to-end tendering process from tender enquiry to submission.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required documents, quotations, BOQs, and approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders within the prescribed deadlines.
- Maintain proper records of submitted and upcoming tenders.
- Prepare tender-related letters, undertakings, declarations, EMD documents, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate with clients/departments regarding tender clarifications and queries.
- Track tender status, results, and upcoming opportunities.
- Maintain databases and MIS reports related to tender activities.




- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and submission guidelines.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Government/PSU Tendering and e-Tendering portals.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
- Ability to understand tender terms, eligibility requirements, and technical documents.
- Knowledge of GeM, CPPP, Rajasthan e-Procurement, and other government tender portals will be an advantage.

Education Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with qualifications in Commerce, Management, Engineering, or related fields will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, procurement, or business development.
- Experience in electrical/infrastructure/EPC/project-based companies will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
