Search and track tenders daily on government e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals), PSU/private industry portals (SAIL, JSW, other steel/power plants), and tender listing sites

- Shortlist tenders relevant to our scope HT/LT/DC motor rewinding, transformer repair, ESP

transformer/electromagnet work, and AMC contracts — based on eligibility, value, and deadlines

- Assist the Tender Executive in preparing and compiling tender documents — technical bids, commercial bids, EMD,

company profile, and required certificates/licenses

- Coordinate internally with technical, accounts, and quality teams to collect documents, past project references, and data

needed for bid submission

- Support timely and accurate submission of tenders online (portal upload) and offline, within deadlines

- Maintain an updated tracker/MIS of tenders identified, submitted, won, and lost

- Follow up on pre-bid queries, clarifications, and corrigenda by phone, email, or through the tender portal (no site visits)

- Maintain and help renew registrations, licenses, and OEM certifications required for tender eligibility
