Experience

- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Railway Components Sales.

- Proven experience in handling Government and Private Railway clients across India.

- Experience in railway tendering and business development is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Tender Submission through Government e-Procurement portals (GeM, IREPS, CPP Portal, etc.).

- Prepare and maintain complete Tender Documentation, including technical and commercial bid preparation.

- Develop and maintain a strong client base with Indian Railways, Metro Rail, Railway PSUs, Private Railway Projects, OEMs, EPC Contractors, and other railway-related organizations.

- Coordinate and manage the RDSO Product Approval process, including documentation, inspections, testing, and follow-up.

- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets for railway components.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, consultants, and procurement authorities.

- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.

- Conduct regular customer visits and participate in technical discussions, product demonstrations,



and negotiations.

- Monitor upcoming railway tenders, market trends, competitor activities, and recent business opportunities.

- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and monthly business development reports for management.

- Comprehensive Pan-India knowledge of the Indian Railway business, with strong working relationships and networking across major railway production units, including Kapurthala (RCF), ICF (Integral Coach Factory), DLW (Diesel Locomotive Works), CLW (Chittaranjan Locomotive Works), and RCF.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Railway Tendering Process.

- Expertise in Tender Documentation and Bid Management.

- Hands-on experience with RDSO Approval Procedures.

- Good understanding of Railway Components and related technical specifications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and e-tendering portals.

- Willingness to travel across India.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
