Role Description This is a full-time, on-site teaching role based at Ekatva International School in Kanchikacherla. The Telugu, Math, Science, and Hindi Teachers will plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for middle school learners, ensuring conceptual clarity and strong foundational skills in their respective subjects.

Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student performance through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.



Teachers will collaborate with colleagues to maintain high academic standards, contribute to exam preparation. The role also involves participating in school events, parent interactions, and student mentoring to foster overall development, communication skills, and confidence.

Qualifications

- Strong Teaching experience, with proven ability to deliver subject content clearly and effectively.
- Ability to design and implement Curriculum-aligned lesson plans and assessments that support both foundational learning and exam readiness.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage students, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain professional relationships with families.
- Subject proficiency in Telugu, Mathematics, Science, and/or Hindi, with a solid understanding of CBSE or similar educational standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject areas; B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Ability to manage classrooms effectively, use student-centered teaching methods, and integrate basic technology tools into instruction.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth, ethical conduct, and contributing positively to a high-performance academic culture.
