Job Title: Tender Coordinator / Proposal Coordinator – Water & Wastewater EPC Projects

Job Summary

Responsible for identifying, coordinating, preparing, submitting and tracking EPC tenders for ETP, STP, WTP, Recycling and ZLD projects while coordinating with engineering, procurement, finance, legal and sales teams.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree and experience in Tender/Contract Management.

Experience

2-3 years in EPC tendering/proposal coordination for water and wastewater treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor tender portals and identify opportunities.
- Review tender documents and prepare compliance matrix.
- Coordinate Process, Proposal, procurement and finance inputs.




- Prepare technical and commercial proposals with coordinating the team.
- Ensure timely online/offline bid submission.
- Coordinate post-bid clarifications and negotiations.
- Maintain tender database and win/loss analysis.

Technical Knowledge ETP, STP, WTP, UF/RO, MBR, MBBR, SBR, ZLD, BOQ, EPC contracts, PFD, P&ID;, GA drawings.

Software Skills

MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat

Soft Skills

Communication, coordination, documentation, analytical thinking, negotiation, time management and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
