Position: Telecaller / Sales Executive – Ayurveda

Employment: Full-Time

Experience: 2–3 Years preferred

Job Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound calls from customers.

Explain SARVAYURDAAN Ayurvedic products and treatment solutions.

Convert customer enquiries/leads into sales.

Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products as per company guidelines.

Maintain customer details and follow-up records.

Coordinate with the dispatch and customer-support team.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

2–3 years of experience in Ayurveda medicine tele-sales preferred.

Experience in Ayurvedic products, healthcare,



wellness or medicine sales will be an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Strong convincing and sales skills.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.
