Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and confident Telecaller cum Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and handle parent/student inquiries. The role involves attending calls, guiding visitors, coordinating admissions inquiries, and supporting the academy’s daily administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls regarding admissions and academy programs
- Respond to parent/student inquiries professionally and clearly
- Manage front desk activities and welcome visitors to the academy
- Provide information about batches, schedules, tournaments, and fee structure




- Follow up with inquiries and admissions leads
- Maintain student inquiry records and basic administrative data
- Coordinate with coaches and management for scheduling and communication

Candidate Profile

- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years experience in telecalling, front office, receptionist, or customer support roles
- Pleasant personality with professional behavior
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
