Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Process customer requests, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in BPO sales or telesales industry.
- Robust communication skills in Malayalam language (written & spoken).
- Proficiency in domestic calling processes, including outbound sales techniques.
- Experience with voice processing systems and ability to work on an outbound process.
