Meadbery is a fast-growing D2C Ayurvedic health & wellness brand selling across our own website and Amazon. We've built a loyal customer base over 7 years and are now scaling our sales operation. We're looking for a hands-on Telesales Manager to take full ownership of our ~35-person telecalling team and turn it into a high-performing sales engine.

The role

This is a floor-leading role, not a desk job. You'll own the team's numbers — conversion, order value, and revenue per caller — and build the systems, scripts, and training that make every telecaller productive from week one. If you like building process and coaching people to hit targets, this is for you.

What you'll do

- Lead, coach, and manage a team of ~35 telecallers day to day
- Build and refine call scripts, objection-handling playbooks, and pitch flows
- Run call monitoring/QA, daily huddles, and one-on-one coaching
- Own key metrics: connect rate, conversion %, average order value, repeat rate, revenue per caller
- Hire, onboard, and train new telecallers, and reduce ramp time and attrition
- Manage and improve the CRM and the team's incentive structure
- Report performance to the founder and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

- 5+ years in inside sales/telesales, including 2+ years managing a phone-sales team of 15 or more
- Background in high-volume B2C telesales — wellness/nutraceutical, insurance, edtech, D2C, or a sales BPO
- A systems builder: someone who runs scripts,



scorecards, and dashboards, not just attendance
- Strong with numbers and CRM data; comfortable tying incentives to performance
- A hands-on coach who leads from the floor and sets a skilled standard
- Fluent in Hindi and English; Punjabi a plus
