Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales Associate will manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, lead follow-up, property showings, and closing residential and commercial transactions. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable RERA-verified property options,



conducting site visits, and providing accurate information on pricing, amenities, and legal documentation. The role involves maintaining robust client relationships, offering market insights, and coordinating with developers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The associate will also update listings, prepare sales reports, and adhere to the company’s standards of transparency, ethics, and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

Proficiency in real estate fundamentals, including Real Estate, Real Property, and local market trends.
Valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one as per regional requirements.
Strong Sales skills, including negotiation, lead conversion, and pipeline management.
Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
