About the Role
We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own our marketing function end-to-end and take day-to-day management of a team off the CEO's plate. You'll set strategy and direction for SEO/content and social/outreach, and manage our Customer Success function — with full accountability for the team's output and results.
This is a hands-on management role, not an individual-contributor marketing job. You'll be reviewing work, setting priorities, running the team's rhythm, and reporting up on outcomes — not writing every blog post or tweet yourself.

What You'll Own
SEO & Content — set content strategy and calendar, review output, track organic traffic and rankings
Social & Outreach — direct our social presence (X, LinkedIn) and outreach efforts, review messaging and results




Customer Success — oversee day-to-day CS operations, ensure response quality and turnaround, flag escalations
Team management — run regular check-ins, set goals, hold the team accountable for output and quality
Reporting — give the CEO a clear, regular view of what's working, what isn't, and what needs a decision

What We're Looking For
4+ years in marketing, with at least 1-2 years managing a team (not just individual contributor work)
Solid grasp of SEO/content fundamentals and social/outreach channels — enough to direct and evaluate the work, even if you're not doing it hands-on
Comfortable owning a function outside core marketing (customer success) — this role is about management range, not a narrow specialism
Experience in a B2B SaaS or API/developer-tools company is a plus
Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur
