The Opportunity | Sales – The Universe
We are looking for high-energy, ambitious, and results-driven sales professionals who can represent a premium project and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve targets for The Universe.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to site visits and closure.




Build and nurture relationships with HNI/UHNI and premium clientele.
Conduct compelling project presentations and showcase the project's lifestyle, amenities, and value proposition.
Develop a strong understanding of the luxury/premium real estate market and competition.
Maintain a high level of client engagement and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Consistently deliver against individual and team revenue targets.
Who We’re Looking For
7+ years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.
Experience in premium/luxury residential real estate will be highly preferred.
Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
A strong network and understanding of the Ahmedabad real estate market.
Target-driven professionals with a passion for premium real estate and exceptional customer experiences.
