Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Hazaribag. In this role, the Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs, present suitable products and services, and support them in making informed investment decisions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, managing leads, following up on inquiries,



and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with the wider team to meet sales targets, support promotional initiatives, and participate in training sessions to stay updated on financial products and market trends. The role also involves providing clear information, addressing client questions, and ensuring a positive, professional customer experience.
Qualifications
Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and build long-term relationships.
