Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for engaging prospective buyers, understanding their requirements, and matching them with suitable verified properties. Day-to-day activities include managing inbound and outbound leads, conducting property presentations and site visits,



coordinating with property owners and internal teams, and guiding clients through the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to final closure. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare basic sales reports, and ensure a high-quality, transparent experience for every client. The role also involves staying updated on local market trends, property inventory, and competitive offerings to support informed recommendations.
Qualifications
Proven sales and client relationship skills, including lead handling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and explain property details clearly.
Basic knowledge of real estate markets, especially in the Bengaluru Area, or strong interest in learning the domain.
Comfort with using CRM or sales tracking tools, and proficiency in standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
