Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, packaging optimization,



and timely dispatch of customer orders while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
The successful candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and courier aggregators, along with robust leadership and process improvement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure all customer orders are processed and dispatched within defined SLAs.
Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
Optimize warehouse workflows, storage utilization, and packaging manpower to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
Coordinate with logistics partners and courier service providers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues and improve fulfillment efficiency.
