Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients regarding appointment
reminders, confirmations, and scheduling updates.
• Provide clear and professional responses to patient inquiries while
maintaining a patient-focused approach.
• Assist patients in rescheduling, canceling, or modifying appointments as
needed.
• Address patient concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate
departments when required.




• Verify and update patient demographic details, insurance information, and
contact information during interactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all calls, patient interactions, and
updates within the system.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy regulations and maintain strict
confidentiality of patient information.
• Deliver a positive and empathetic experience to patients while maintaining
professionalism in all communications.
• Follow established call handling procedures, communication scripts, and
service guidelines.
• Assess patient needs and provide appropriate guidance on available services
and next steps.
