Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive – Production to help us identify current business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and bring in production projects. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the creative/production industry and be comfortable working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients for production and creative projects.
Generate new leads through networking, research, referrals, and other channels.




Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal production team to develop suitable solutions.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and project estimates with clients.
Manage client communication from initial discussion to project closure.
Coordinate with production, creative, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing business opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in media, advertising, creative, or production.
