Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution
* Lead execution of residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or
infrastructure projects from mobilization to handover.
* Develop detailed project execution schedules and monitor progress against
milestones.
* Ensure adherence to approved design, specifications, project budgets, and
timelines.
* Drive project delivery through effective coordination with contractors,
consultants, and vendors.
* Anticipate execution risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid cost and
schedule overruns.

Construction Management
* Supervise all in office construction activities including civil, structural,
finishing, and MEP works.




* Monitor productivity, resource deployment, and construction methodologies.
* Ensure implementation of project management best practices and quality
benchmarks.
* Review and approve construction methodologies, work programs, and progress
reports.

Cost & Contract Management
* Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and cost control measures.
* Verify contractor bills, variation orders, extra items, and claims.
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and commercial terms.
* Coordinate with Contracts and Procurement teams for contractor/vendor
management.
