We, at ThoughtSpot, are looking for an Engineering Leader - AgentSpot to lead and grow the team based out of Bangalore.
Come join a team of world-class engineers building AgentSpot, ThoughtSpot's agentic AI platform. This team is responsible for building a multi-tenant platform where business users create, run, and share AI agents and multi-step workflows that reason over enterprise data and take action on their behalf. This includes the agent-authoring and conversational experience, an LLM-powered agent runtime built on managed agent-execution and code-execution sandboxes, a secure tool and connector plane that lets agents act on enterprise systems, agent memory and knowledge bases, workflow orchestration, and the observability, evaluation and guardrail infrastructure that keeps agentic systems protected, reliable and strictly tenant-isolated at scale.
