Admission Advisor – Builder (Pre-Sales Executive)

Position Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and target-driven Admission Advisors (Builders) who can identify, qualify, and nurture prospective candidates before handing them over to the Senior Career Advisor (Closer) for enrollment discussions.

This role is a critical part of the sales process and requires individuals who can build trust,



conduct meaningful discovery conversations, identify career challenges, create urgency, and schedule qualified candidates for detailed career consultations.

The Builder is not responsible for closing sales. Their primary responsibility is to generate qualified opportunities and ensure candidates attend their scheduled presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Discovery

Connect with prospective students and professionals generated through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, referrals, inbound inquiries, and lead generation campaigns.
Conduct structured discovery calls to understand the candidate's:
Current employment status
Visa status (OPT/STEM OPT/F1)
Job search stage
Target role and career goals
Current challenges and pain points
Interview readiness
Timeline and urgency
Determine whether the candidate is qualified for ElevateMe's services.
Categorize leads appropriately within the CRM.
