Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive – Creator & Talent Management to manage relationships with creators, influencers, and talent while supporting brand campaigns, collaborations, and content-led initiatives. The ideal candidate should understand the creator ecosystem, be comfortable communicating with talent and agencies, and have robust coordination, negotiation, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and build relationships with relevant content creators, influencers, celebrities, and talent across platforms and content categories.
Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with creators, talent managers, agencies, and brands.
Understand campaign briefs and identify the right creators/talent based on the brand objective, audience, content style, and budget.
Coordinate creator campaigns from briefing to execution, including deliverables, timelines, content approvals, and campaign reporting.
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and other campaign requirements with creators and talent representatives.




Maintain and regularly update a database of creators, talent profiles, rates, audience demographics, and performance metrics.
Track creator content and ensure deliverables are published as per agreed timelines and campaign guidelines.
Work closely with internal teams such as Brand, Marketing, PR, Social Media, Content, and Production to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Assist in developing innovative creator-led campaigns, collaborations, social media activations, and talent integrations.
Monitor creator trends, emerging talent, platform trends, and new opportunities within the influencer ecosystem.
Prepare campaign reports and track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, views, impressions, and content performance.
Support talent-related events, shoots, appearances, interviews, and promotional activities whenever required.
