Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned CEO / Country Head / Business Head with deep expertise in Industrial IoT, industrial technology, and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with proven commercial leadership, enterprise sales expertise, P&L; ownership, and the ability to build and scale businesses in high-growth environments.

Key Requirements

Industrial IoT Expertise: 12+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in Industrial IoT, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, or related industrial technologies. Solid understanding of the end-to-end technology stack, including sensors, edge computing, connectivity, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and industrial diagnostics.
Enterprise Sales & Multi-Sector Experience:



Proven track record of selling and deploying industrial technology solutions across at least three of the following sectors: Cement, Steel, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, FMCG, Chemicals, Water & Utilities.
Business Building & Commercial Leadership: Experience scaling businesses within fast-growing technology companies or startups, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments. Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, negotiate and close enterprise deals, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
P&L; Ownership: Proven experience managing business P&L;, revenue targets, budgets, profitability, and overall business performance, with a strong focus on sustainable growth.
Executive Presence & Leadership: Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively with enterprise customers, CXOs, channel partners, strategic stakeholders, and investors. Comfortable e
