What is Creatr

Creatr builds production grade custom software for enterprises in days, not months. DeepBuild, the AI engine we built in-house, ships a working demo: code, infrastructure, tests, security. We deploy it, host it, and keep it running with a forward-deployed engineer, so customers never chase a developer again.

We are about 25 people in Bangalore with around 50 active clients: MSPs, Professional-services firms, a state government, an ERP company serving schools across Africa, and mid-market operators in distribution, manufacturing, and retail. More than $70M of our customers' business revenue runs on software we built.

Why this role exists

In the last 3 months, we cold-called hundreds of prospects across FMCG, Law firms, HR firms, healthcare, and hospitality, and that was our only GTM motion.

Most didn't need custom software; some said they'd get back to us and never did. Three months in, our deal size ranged from $2,000 to $10,000, and at that ticket size, we'd need hundreds of clients for this business to mean anything.





So we looked back at our customers; the biggest deal we had ever closed didn't come from a cold call. It came from an advisor to one of our existing clients who liked our work, was advising other companies at the time, and referred us. That's when it clicked: we needed to convert people who could convert others on our behalf, and we called it the Partner Program.

We kept the proposition easy: get us a foot in the door with the giants, and we'll take it from there. Deals from this channel ranged from $100,000 to $500,000.

We take close to 20 calls daily to onboard our partners, and we need someone who can come in and help us scale.

What you will do

Engage with the partners.
Convince former enterprise leaders to join the program.
