Role Overview

AVP – Construction/Site head will be responsible for managing site execution of a large-scale (GW-size) Solar Ingot, Wafer, Cell manufacturing facility – including ancillary unit, factory buildings, cleanroom shells, foundations for heavy process equipment, warehouses, and administrative/support infrastructure. The role covers the full lifecycle from site development, coordination and execution of work through EPC/contractor, ensuring the built infrastructure meets process, statutory, and safety requirements within schedule and budget quality control and handover to operational team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end construction execution for the greenfield large scale GW Integrated Ingot, Wafer and Cell manufacturing facility, covering Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, Facility/Utilities,



Process Equipment Installation, and external infrastructure.
Develop and execute the overall construction strategy, execution methodology, construction sequence, and site mobilization plan in line with the approved project schedule and commissioning targets.
Provide overall leadership to civil, structural, facility, MEP, utility, process equipment installation, and finishing works, ensuring coordination across all construction disciplines.
Drive construction activities through EPC contractors, package contractors, subcontractors, consultants, OEMs, and internal project teams, ensuring timely execution and quality compliance.
Establish construction milestones and monitor physical progress, productivity, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and construction performance against the approved baseline schedule.
