Role Description This is a full-time, in office Recruiter role based at the Rajkot location. The Recruiter (Fresher) will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and local networks, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. The role involves maintaining candidate databases,



scheduling and following up on interviews, and assisting in the onboarding process and documentation. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, help prepare job postings, and participate in campus or local recruitment drives. The position requires consistent office presence in Rajkot and the ability to handle multiple recruitment tasks while maintaining accurate records.
