Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving Skadoosh's growth by identifying new business opportunities and building meaningful relationships with prospective clients.

You will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating conversations, understanding business objectives, presenting Skadoosh's capabilities and supporting the business development process from initial outreach through proposal discussions and successful onboarding.

This role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness,



strategic thinking and a proactive approach to developing long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify, research and qualify potential clients across industries that align with Skadoosh's service offerings.
Research prospective brands, their marketing activities, digital presence and business challenges to identify opportunities where Skadoosh can add value.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, referrals, networking, email outreach and other prospecting channels.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of business opportunities through consistent outreach and relationship building.
Stay informed about market trends, emerging brands, industry developments and competitor activity to identify current business opportunities.
