Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full time, on-site position located in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a robust sales pipeline across the company’s service offerings.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, and managing follow-ups to convert prospects into long-term customers. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to understand service capabilities, ensure client requirements are captured accurately, and support account management to maintain strong client relationships. The role also includes tracking sales metrics, updating CRM or sales tools, and contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies and revenue growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline.
Solid understanding of Business and Account Management practices, including handling client queries and supporting long-term relationships.
