We are looking for a recruiter to work on a full or part time basis and manage our full hiring process including sourcing candidates, initial screening and helping us decide who to hire.

What you'll be doing:
As our Recruiter, you'll be responsible for the full hiring process, from sourcing candidates to helping the founders decide who to hire.

Requirements:
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in startups, fintech or deep tech
Demonstrated ability to source, screen and close high-calibre candidates for both technical and non-technical roles
Experience owning the full hiring process end-to-end with founders or hiring managers
Strong LinkedIn sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ideally based in Bangalore or able to work regularly from our Bangalore office
Passion for finding exceptional people and building high-performing teams
