About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented ERP Relationship Manager / Team Leader to drive ERP solution sales, develop strong client relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience and an understanding of ERP/SaaS solutions. This role combines business development, client relationship management, solution selling, and sales team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete ERP sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and business targets.
Develop sales strategies, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations,



solution demonstrations, and commercial discussions with clients.
Coordinate with implementation, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience

1–3 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, software solutions, enterprise sales, or related domains.
Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management.
Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, CRM, HRMS, SCM, POS, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage effectively with CXO-level stakeholders.
Robust analytical, business development, and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT
