? Role: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
We are looking for a result-oriented sales skilled who can generate business, build strong customer relationships, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert sales leads and business opportunities through calls, emails, digital inquiries, and other channels.




Handle inbound customer inquiries and understand customer requirements.
Actively follow up with prospects to drive lead conversion and revenue generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other business partners.
Identify new business opportunities within the interior, architecture, home décor, and commercial spaces segment.
Present and recommend suitable designer ceiling fans and premium planters based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with the Sales Head, field sales team, stores, and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales records using digital tools and CRM/Excel.
Achieve assigned sales targets, conversion goals, and revenue objectives.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on leads, conversions, and business opportunities.
