Job Details:
Designation - Sr. Executive (NRI Sales - Sourcing & Closing)
Location – East Pune
Experience - 3 to 4 Years
Qualification - Bachelor's Degree

Key Responsibilities:




• Identify and generate NRI leads for Nyati Group’s Pune residential projects.
• Manage the complete NRI sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
• Build and maintain relationships through calls, emails, WhatsApp and virtual meetings.
• Understand customer needs, budget and investment goals to recommend suitable projects.
• Conduct virtual presentations and explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and possession timelines.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into bookings.
• Coordinate with CRM, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance teams for smooth closures.
• Generate business through referrals, networks, channel partners and digital leads.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline and follow-up activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and stay updated on Pune real estate and NRI investment trends.
