About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Associate who is passionate about recruitment and eager to build a well-rounded career in Human Resources.
This role offers the perfect blend of Talent Acquisition (70%) and HR Operations (30%), providing hands-on exposure to both hiring and the employee lifecycle. You will play an significant role in identifying great talent, creating a seamless candidate experience, and supporting smooth day-to-day HR operations at CollegeSathi.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition – 70%
Drive end-to-end recruitment for multiple Non-IT roles across the organization.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source and attract relevant talent through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Manage candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining coordination.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and regularly update hiring progress.
Work towards achieving hiring targets while maintaining the quality of hires.
HR Operations – 30%
Manage and support employee joining formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR
