Hiring: Optometrist – Retail
We are looking for Optometrists with 0–3 years of experience for a leading optical retail brand.
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Optometry

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct eye examinations and vision tests.
Perform accurate refraction and assess visual acuity.
Provide appropriate recommendations based on eye-test results.
Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
Support optical sales and convert prospective customers into customers.
Coordinate with retail team for a seamless customer experience.
Maintain store hygiene, safety and inventory standards.
Handle basic POS and retail store operations.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of optometry and eye testing.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
