What You’ll Be Doing (position summary):
The Production Support Team Lead is accountable for the delivery, reliability, and ongoing operations of the xTrader platform, leading the regional Production Support team that sustains this Tier 1, mission critical derivatives trading system for global trading desks. This role owns incident and problem management, service continuity, and the execution of operational standards and business requirements, including 24/7/365 on call coverage for critical issues, and serves as the senior point of escalation and central point of contact for all production matters.
