Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across the organization. This role leads operations strategy,



designs and implements processes, and ensures alignment with company goals and financial targets, including P&L; accountability. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing operations teams, monitoring KPIs, optimizing workflows, and driving initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The Vice President Operations will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on strategic planning, resource allocation, and project execution. The role also involves mentoring managers, strengthening governance and compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management experience, with a track record of optimizing processes and leading large, multi-functional teams.
Proficiency in P&L; Management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance analysis.
