About The Role
As a New Business Consultant, you will be trained to represent a reputed unified telecommunications company serving the UK market.
You will call pre-qualified business leads, understand their requirements, present suitable telecom solutions, and convert them into customers.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, adaptable to a fast-paced process, open to continuous training, and motivated to achieve targets and recognition.
Key Responsibilities
Contact pre-qualified business leads in the UK market.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate telecom solutions.
Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Outbound Sales or International BPO Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience in International Voice Process, B2B Sales, Telesales, Outbound Calling, or Lead Conversion.
Robust persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to earn incentives and recognition.
Graduate preferred, but not mandatory.
