Gislen Software Private Limited is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join us as Manager - Finance at our MEPZ-SEZ office in Tambaram, Chennai.

We are looking for someone who sees finance as more than reporting and compliance - someone who can use financial insight, technology, and strategic thinking to help drive growth, efficiency, and better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and MIS
Taxation, statutory compliance and audits
Cash flow, banking, foreign exchange, payroll and financial controls
Cost optimisation, profitability and investment planning
Legal, contractual and corporate governance matters
Financial activities involving operations in India, Sweden and the UK
Improving efficiency through financial technology and automation
Leading and developing the Finance function

What We Are Looking For




✓ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
✓ 3-8 years of relevant professional experience
✓ Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance and financial reporting
✓ Proficiency in Tally Prime
✓ Exposure to Visma, Fortnox or Xero is an advantage
✓ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
✓ A proactive and technology-oriented mindset
