About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring clients, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT services domain.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other platforms.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT solutions/services.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial documents.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM.




Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue targets.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for project requirements and proposals.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
Required Skills & Experience
5–6 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
IT Services sales experience is mandatory.
Strong experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
Experience selling software development, web/mobile development, SaaS, cloud, digital transformation, or similar IT solutions.
Strong lead generation and client conversion skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, email marketing/outreach tools, etc.
Robust target-oriented and revenue-focused approach.
Experience handling international clients/markets will be an added advantage.
