Partnering closely with business analysts, process owners, and cross-functional teams, you will transform complex requirements into robust, scalable platform architectures. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Architecture & Solution Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of functional workflows, business rules, and secure integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) to enhance platform performance, scalability, and automated capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with process owners and business analysts to translate strategic operational workflows into automated ServiceNow solutions (covering ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM domains), significantly boosting organizational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct regular code reviews and comprehensive unit testing to ensure all developments adhere to strict security, reliability, and extensibility standards, executing seamless production deployments via established change management processes.
