We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior Brand Solutions Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the influencer marketing ecosystem, enjoys building strong creator relationships, and can efficiently manage campaigns from ideation to execution.

Position Overview
As a Junior Brand Solutions Associate, you will work at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be responsible for identifying the right creators, coordinating and managing influencer campaigns, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring seamless execution across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of social media and influencer trends,



and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Creator Discovery & Onboarding
Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators based on campaign objectives and brand requirements.
Evaluate creators based on audience demographics, engagement, content quality, and brand fit.
Build and maintain a robust database of creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Coordinate with creators for onboarding and campaign requirements.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, briefs, and content requirements.
Ensure smooth communication between creators, internal teams, and clients.
Track campaign progress and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Negotiation & Commercial Coordination
Connect and negotiate with influencers and talent agencies for
