5-7 years of Relevant experience in Privileged Access Management Domain with expertise in managing complex operations & configuration requirements
Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Password Protected (PAM), PRA and BeyondInsight administration, support,



and troubleshooting.
Perform onboarding of privileged accounts, servers, applications, databases, and network devices into BeyondTrust PAM solutions.
Configure and manage password rotation, access policies, RBAC, session management, and privileged access controls.
Administer and support BeyondTrust PRA for secure vendor, third-party, and remote privileged access.
Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and platform issues through structured troubleshooting and RCA
Support platform upgrades, patching, health checks, backup validation, and disaster recovery activities.
Experience integrating BeyondTrust with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SIEM, and ServiceNow environments.
Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and support knowledge articles while ensuring security and audit compliance.
