Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru for a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Manager / Presales professional with experience in interior design sales. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from handling qualified leads and conducting client meetings to preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.



The individual will collaborate closely with interior designers, project managers, and operations teams to translate client requirements into feasible design and execution solutions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and updating sales pipelines, conducting site visits, coordinating presales activities, and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to project execution. The role also requires active follow-up with prospects, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth and market presence in the Bengaluru residential interior segment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in interior design sales, presales, or business development within the residential interiors domain.
Robust client-facing skills, including consultation, requirement gathering, presentation of design concepts, and proposal walkthroughs.
Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles, including lead qualification,
