Getting a client onto TikTok is the easy part. Keeping them scaling isn't.
TikTok is where a large share of our momentum has come from. We've brought advertisers onto the platform across performance, branding and app verticals, in markets and categories where access isn't automatic. Our clients scale rapid and they expect the operational side to hold up while they do it. That's this role.
This role is entirely export-focused. You'll be based in India, but every account targets global markets outside India, including the US, Europe, MENA, SEA and LATAM. Your portfolio is international advertisers and Indian exporters selling to the world.
You will be the single operational owner of our TikTok market, working alongside its Client Partner. The revenue the CP signs is only real once you deliver it: you own the operational health, campaign performance and growth of our TikTok portfolio across non-India global markets.
What You Will Be Doing
Own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of international TikTok advertisers and become the person they call first.
Manage onboarding end to end: account setup, access, verification and anything else standing between the client and live spend.
Monitor performance and spend across accounts, flagging risks early and following through on them.
Protect and grow each account's revenue: optimize what's live, and bring the client a clear, numbers-backed case whenever spend should go up.
Make clients better at the platform than they were last quarter, because sharper accounts spend more, for lon
