Why This Role Matters
We’re investing in a new strategic initiative to accelerate performance-driven growth for emerging and scaling D2C brands. This initiative complements our broader ecosystem by partnering with in-house teams, external agencies, and creative stakeholders—working collaboratively to amplify what already works, and solve for what doesn’t. As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a team focused on delivering measurable performance outcomes—spanning paid campaigns, funnel optimization, and experimentation.



This is both a strategic and execution-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of growth, leadership, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Own
Lead and mentor a pod of marketers and associates focused on growth marketing for D2C/eCommerce brands
Own the strategy and execution of paid campaigns, primarily across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), optimizing for CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR
Act as a growth partner for brands—supporting budget planning, funnel diagnostics, creative experimentation, and campaign performance
Ensure seamless collaboration with client teams and agency partners to deliver robust, consistent outcomes
Build scalable playbooks and lead internal upskilling on platform innovations, ad tech updates, and data-driven decision making
Work cross-functionally with internal GoKwik teams—product, analytics, partnerships—to unlock compounding growth
