The ideal candidate should bring proven experience in selling automation components and solutions. Ideally, this experience has been gained in one or more mission-critical industries, such as manufacturing and industrial automation, renewable energy (including solar, hybrid systems, BESS, and GH2), process industries, pharmaceutical and biotechnology, food & beverage, mining or data centers. A solid understanding of customer environments where reliability, robust systems, and minimal downtime are critical is desirable.

Your responsibilities
Sales of Bachmann electronic hard- and software automation products as well as services by closing out opportunities, with a strong focus, but not limited to, the Automation Industry in India




Establishing and maintaining team-oriented relationships with strategic customers in the industrial automation sector in India
Working closely with business development to identify target customers and implement strategies agreed upon activity plans
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the market position in the areas of machine automation, control systems, SCADA, and CMS systems
Focus on improving our knowledge of customers and competitive landscape
Playing a pivotal role in achieving the annual sales targets and other defined KPI’s by creating and closing opportunities from a diverse portfolio of offers
Collaborating closely with the application engineer team to identify target customers and implement agreed-upon activity plans to drive sales growth
Proactively identifying and engaging new clients for automation, expanding our customer base
Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends
