To prepare annual sales budget for MRO (Dealer) segment by addressing all products, segments and geographies.
Responsible for achieving the monthly order generation plan as per budget numbers and achieving the monthly sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s dealer base through new dealer addition and market expansion.
To arrive monthly sales forecast and order generation from annual operating plan
Regularly review field team of all their customer contacts and guide them suitably to identify more new business opportunities to increase business from new markets and new products.
Own the team and train them well for both personal and organizational development.
To arrive proper credit rating for every dealer in line with company’s overall credit policy and must achieve monthly collection targets for positive cash flow.
Strategically appoint new dealers wherever is required to improve the business in MRO segment both in domestic and export market.




Frequently meeting all dealers to identify the gaps to improve service level time to time and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Partner with all dealers to understand their business needs and objectives and effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations and create a competitive edge with all competition.
To analyse competition activities and counter them proactively by tactical plan and strategic direction.
Design proper sales promotional activities for all segments with right annual budget and execute them in time to get desired advantages.
Establish a standard practice for effective forecasting mechanism for respective market to act ahead of market/dealer needs.
To co-ordinate well with planning and other cross functional departments to achieve on time delivery 100% every time.
Developing, leading and executing the pricing strategies with dealers.
