Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department and floating the same to the prequalified bidders.
Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors
Comparative preparation rates, terms and condition
Techno-commercial negotiations
Preparation of NFA
Preparation of LOA/PO after NFA approval
Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.
Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources, Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements
MIS
Qualifications
B.E. /B. Tech .
8-10 years functional role, having experience of working for Civil
related estimation, procurement and contract management. Basic
understanding of contracting, taxation etc. MIS preparation and
