Role Description The Sales Manager B2B – Jewellery Industry is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying and acquiring jewellery business clients, presenting InstaLaxmi’s digital gold solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The Sales Manager will conduct product demos, negotiate commercial terms,



and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in the jewellery industry. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and outreach, pipeline management, collaboration with product and marketing teams, and monitoring sales performance metrics. The role also involves gathering market feedback, contributing to go-to-market strategies, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the jewellery, fintech, or SaaS/technology sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong skills in relationship management, client communication, and negotiation, with the ability to engage decision-makers and influencers.
Knowledge of the jewellery industry and an understanding of digital platforms, loyalty programs, or gamified consumer engagement tools.
Ability to manage sales pipelines, prepare proposals, conduct product presentations, and use CRM tools effectively.
