Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role involves managing end-to-end client interactions, including understanding requirements, presenting suitable property options, coordinating site visits, and supporting clients through negotiation and closure. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and builders, ensure timely follow-ups,



and provide accurate information on inventory, pricing, and market trends. Daily tasks include maintaining client records, collaborating with internal teams to streamline consulting processes, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth. The role also includes attending local events or property launches as needed to expand the network and stay informed about recent developments.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder communication skills.
Proficiency in sales consulting, negotiation, and closing real estate transactions.
